Amber Fallos

Amber Fallos is a lifelong Taylor County resident, who enjoys seeing people succeed. She utilizes her undergraduate degree in Social Work from UW-Eau Claire and her Master's degrees in Professional Counseling and Educational Guidance and Counseling as well as her leadership skills to excel BRI into meaningful programs. Outside of the office, she enjoys time with her husband and two girls on the family dairy farm.

Outside of BRI, you can most likely find her and her husband enjoying one of her two daughter’s sporting events. As a family they love to go camping with their pup.

Erin Meyer was born and raised outside of Medford. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Erin enjoys working with people and helping them become the best version of themselves. When Erin is not working she is spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs. They love to go camping and traveling.

Keeping to her central Wisconsin roots, Tammy graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a Biology major and Business minor. Focusing on her business and leadership skills, she has spent over 25 years in Supply Chain Management and is excited to share her experience with BRI. Tammy enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Paula Liske is a City of Medford resident who has a passion for motivating people to take on new challenges – whether it be running their first 5k, skiing the Birkie, or succeeding at community employment. She relies on an interesting array of job experiences and her community connections to assist in the promotion of BRI’s Supported Employment Program. When not at work, Liske will most likely be found silent sporting around Wisconsin.

Residential Services 24 hour Supported Apartment
Gail Pernsteiner grew up in Taylor county and has recently moved to Colby WI. Positive people, teamwork and the ability to grow and help others; along with a new 24 hour supported apartment program drew her to become a part of the BRI staff in 2017. Gail became house supervisor in 2018 and enjoys working with the people and the smiles when coming to the office. Gail is married with two grown children, their spouses and three grandchildren. She enjoys activities with them including camping, reading, volunteering, crafts and traveling with hopes one day to use her passport.

Ron Blackburn is dedicated to the people of BRI serving them for over 25 years. Over the years he has assisted many people at BRI and throughout the community overcome difficult situations. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
