Amber Fallos is a lifelong Taylor County resident, who enjoys seeing people succeed. She utilizes her undergraduate degree in Social Work from UW-Eau Claire and her Master's degrees in Professional Counseling and Educational Guidance and Counseling as well as her leadership skills to excel BRI into meaningful programs. Outside of the office, she enjoys time with her husband and two girls on the family dairy farm.

Focusing on her business and leadership skills, she has spent over 25 years in Supply Chain Management and is excited to share her experience with BRI. Tammy enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Paula Liske is a City of Medford resident who has a passion for motivating people to take on new challenges – whether it be running their first 5k, skiing the Birkie, or succeeding at community employment. She relies on an interesting array of job experiences and her community connections to assist in the promotion of BRI’s Supported Employment Program. When not at work, Liske will most likely be found silent sporting around Wisconsin.

Gail Pernsteiner grew up in Taylor county and has recently moved to Colby WI. Positive people, teamwork and the ability to grow and help others; along with a new 24 hour supported apartment program drew her to become a part of the BRI staff in 2017. Gail became house supervisor in 2018 and enjoys working with the people and the smiles when coming to the office. Gail is married with two grown children, their spouses and three grandchildren. She enjoys activities with them including camping, reading, volunteering, crafts and traveling with hopes one day to use her passport.
